OK, I completely understand that the actual Title of this song is Ignorant as hell, but its more of a statement Title. This track is really targeted at my Black brothers and Sisters, well not really at them, at the IGNORANCE certain Black people have. Anyway, I probably started a few beefs from this statement, so I'll stop typing now.
lyrics
CHORUS
If I fall asleep and death takes me away,
Don’t be surprised cuz I wasn’t put here to stay,
Its never guaranteed that you’ll see the next day,
So by my people’s side, is where I’m gonna stay,
VERSE 1
I feel their eyes piercing me on some occasions,
Hating on their brothers, Uncle Ruckus, no relation,
I try chill it but their stares grow more intense,
Acting like a brother owes them money for the rent,
But we aint met, he like “What you saying G?”,
We could even be cousins from the same family tree,
But niggers stay ignorant like he different from me,
& I just have to take it like he’s bigger than me,
But I don’t, and so we end up in an altercation,
Changing up the tone like its under renovation,
Now we too far gone to take it back,
Face to face, is he bluffin maybe its an act,
so we step in, and put our hands upon the table,
Staring in my eyes like I’ve already been labelled,
2 choices get this battle underway,
or maybe we could shake hands and, just walk away,
CHORUS
If I fall asleep and death takes me away,
Don’t be surprised cuz I wasn’t put here to stay,
Its never guaranteed that you’ll see the next day,
So by my people’s side, is where I’m gonna stay, x2
VERSE 2
I feel their eyes piercing me on some occasions,
Hating on their brothers, Uncle Ruckus, no relation,
He tried chill it but I kept it shower face,
Acting like i know him little cousin your a waste,
Blud we aint met, I’m like “What you saying G?”,
Gotta show him who the boss is, he the same colour as me,
Where you from blud, you talk different to me,
This bruddah think he big, he ain’t bigger than me,
Grab his coat, and so we end up in an altercation,
Ain’t saying a word like he deep in meditation,
Now I’m way to hype to turn back, face to face I’m a lion he a pussy cat,
so we step in, and put our hands upon the table,
Staring in my eyes like I’ve already been labelled,
2 choices get this battle underway,
Forget the 2nd choice, Im a badman anyway,
CHORUS
If I fall asleep and death takes me away,
Don’t be surprised cuz I wasn’t put here to stay,
Its never guaranteed that you’ll see the next day,
So by my people’s side, is where I’m gonna stay, x2
